The Client is advised that conditions at the Residence may change between the date of the Inspection and the date one which the Client closes on the purchase of the Residence. Consequently, the Client is advised and encouraged to personally conduct, or to arrange for an independent third party to conduct a pre-closing “Walk-Through Inspection” of the Residence. This pre-closing Walk-Through Inspections should include, but not limited to, the heating/cooling systems and the land sprinkler system- weather permitting.
My goal is to provide you with detailed knowledge of the property so you are assured in making the right decision. This means I take the time to focus on details and communicate my findings with integrity and honesty. If mold is found in your home that was not present at the time of inspection, you are covered for remediation for 90 days or 22 days after closing whichever comes later. If a business states that it's registered as a corporation or limited liability company, we confirm that the company is in good standing in the state in which they operate. HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. HomeAdvisor allows Service Professionals to post information about themselves and their business on their profile.
Our Services
Client may cancel the inspection at any time before the inspection date. A fee of $150 is due if the inspection is cancelled after the inspector is on site or if the Client fails to notify the inspector of the cancellation. The Client may cancel the inspection after the inspection begins for a reduced rate.

Although we strongly encourage you to tag along, your presence at the inspection is not required. We're committed to maintaining a network of trusted home service businesses, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, several government agencies and courts across the country have temporarily closed their offices. While HomeAdvisor will continue its background check program to the extent possible, these closures could prevent some background checks from being performed. As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos that include information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they are still in force. Clients are free to take pictures, notes and ask question during inspection. The information revealed to clients during walk thru inspection will greatly assist client's buying decision.
